"A doubt turned past. Before I used to wonder what was more interesting: a luxury hotel or a hotel with good services, or a hotel with nice guests?

The times of banal luxury are gone. It's good, but definitely it is not the most important. Forget, if you are a "big soul", the luxurious hotels. The thing nowadays is good knowledge, good relationships and good service. By the way, forget the hotels; "hostels" are much better. Yes, those with four or five bunk beds in a room, divided only by gender (at least while you are "single").

In the hostel you meet people from all over the world, interesting people. You practice English, require Mandarin from Brazilians is too much. Musicians, writers, students, teachers, groupies, nerds, lawyers, backpackers and “capitalist hippies”, like me.

I'm at O'Riley's Hostel, in the Perdizes neighborhood, next to theaters, universities and avenues, which bring artists and scholars to here. Only good guests. Service is 10! It's like you were at home. The smallness missed out. I'm at O'Riley's Hostel as Baba O'Riley in the classic by The Who:

“The exodus is here
The happy ones are near
Let's get together
Before we get much older

Teenage wasteland
It's only a teenage wasteland
Teenage wasteland”
